In a workshop that I developed find life purpose sits directly on exercises that help participants discover their personal core values. Understanding that the values chosen/discovered are core values and not other types of values that can trick us in our journey to find meaning and purpose.

Thank you for the wonderful article which is fitting that I am reading it on New Year’s Day. A few yerars ago, I started practising meditation, mainly using guided meditations and the improvement it made in my life was outstanding. I changed careers and really put myself out of my comfort zone, which is how we grow. I took up hiking again after a hiatus and have re-gained my fitness and push myself to go harder and never give up. The sense of satisfaction in finishing a difficult walk is amazing. Journalling has never appealed to me but, I think it’s time to push myself again and get out of my comfort zone. Thanks for the great article.
